Emergencies

If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency that cannot wait to be repaired until the next business day (example: broken water pipe that’s flooding, your unit has no electricity, etc.) call your resident manager or if unavailable, call the property management office during business hours at 858-490-9125, or after-hours call 858-859-0726.
If you are locked out of your apartment, and your resident manager is unavailable, you will need to contact a locksmith at your own expense. Lockouts are not considered emergencies.

If you’re unit has lost utility service (example: no electricity, gas, phone, cable, etc.), contact the utility first to make sure service has not been temporarily interrupted, or has been shutoff due to non-payment.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 9-1-1 (example: injury, fire, flood, etc.). If your building has a fire alarm that is going off, contact the fire department and exit the building.
